Oxtail

It is the bovine tail, containing all the vertebrae and coccygeal muscles, except for the first two vertebrae that remain in the carcass. The last 3 or 4 vertebrae are removed. It´s defatted and remains of hair and leather are removed.The oxtail is breaked to pack.
